Location: Suasana Suites Bukit Ceylon (2, Persiaran Raja Chulan, Bukit Bintang).

Check In Instructions___________________________________________________

1. Check-in time is at 3Pm.

2. Please ask security to access the mail room.

3. Get the keys from the unit mailbox.

4. If you need parking please inform us via WhatsApp. (Charges described below)

Check out_____________________________________________________________

Check-out time is at 11am. Please return the card to the mailbox and take a picture.

House Rules___________________________________________________________

1. If any card is lost, a 200RM replacement fee will be imposed.

3. Smoking is not allowed. If smoke is found any deposit will be forfeit and a 3000RM

cleaning fee will be imposed.

4. Heavy cooking is not allowed due to the limited ventilation of the apartment. A

cleaning fee of RM200 will be imposed for violations.

Extra Services_________________________________________________________

1. Parking can be arranged at RM20/night (multiple entry).

2. Late check-out can be arranged at RM40/hour until 1pm.

3. Luggage Storage is available at ground floor. Please contact the small tuck shop next

to Bilabila Mart.

Deposit_______________________________________________________________

In order to comply with management and stay rules, we collect a RM200 security

deposit. The deposit will be returned to you within 3 working days of checking out minus

any fines or violations incurred. Please read the house rules carefully.

The Swimming pool, gym, and Sauna are on level 10. They are accessible by guests for

free from 8AM to 9PM.

There is a trash room on every floor near the 06 units.
