Location: Sky Suites KLCC, 18, Jalan P. Ramlee, Kuala Lumpur

Check-In Instructions___________________________________________________

Check-in time is between 3pm and 11pm. Check-out after this time will require an

overtime fee of RM80. Please inform us in advance.

House Rules___________________________________________________________

1. Luggage cannot be brought through the ground floor. Our staff will assist with

check-in and check-out. A 200RM fine will be imposed for violations.

2. If any card is lost, a 200RM replacement fee will be imposed.

3. Smoking is not allowed. If smoke is found any deposit will be forfeit and a 3000RM

cleaning fee will be imposed.

4. Late check-out and early check-in will be charged at RM40/hour.

5. Heavy cooking is not allowed due to the limited ventilation of the apartment. This

includes deep-frying and cooking with strong spices. A cleaning fee of RM200 will be

imposed for violations.

Extra Services_________________________________________________________

1. Extra beds and sheets can be arranged at RM50/set.

2. Early check-in / Late check-out can be arranged at RM40/hour.

3. Luggage Storage is available at RM50.

Deposit_______________________________________________________________

In order to comply with management and stay rules, we collect a RM200 security

deposit. The deposit will be returned to you within 3 working days of checking out minus

any fines or violations incurred. Please read the house rules carefully.

Check-out time is at 11am.

Please contact us ahead of time to check out. You cannot self check-out, if you carry

your luggage by yourself, a 200RM charge will be imposed.
