Check In Instructions___________________________________________________

1. Please register as a visitor at the guard house. Ask the security for directions to the

mail room.

2. Once registered, you may get the Keys, Lift Cards.

3. If you will be coming from the parking, take the lift that goes up to your unit.

Check out_____________________________________________________________

Check-out time is at 11am. Please return the card to the mailbox and take a picture.

House Rules___________________________________________________________

1. If any card is lost, a 200RM replacement fee will be imposed.

3. Smoking is not allowed. If smoke is found any deposit will be forfeit and a 3000RM

cleaning fee will be imposed.

4. Heavy cooking is not allowed due to the limited ventilation of the apartment. A

cleaning fee of RM200 will be imposed for violations.

Extra Services_________________________________________________________

1. Parking can be arranged at RM20/night (multiple entry).

2. Late check-out can be arranged at RM40/hour until 1pm.

Deposit_______________________________________________________________

In order to comply with management and stay rules, we collect a RM200 security

deposit. The deposit will be returned to you within 3 working days of checking out minus

any fines or violations incurred. Please read the house rules carefully.

The Swimming pool, gym, and Sauna are on level 8. They are accessible by guests for

free from 8AM to 8PM.

There is a trash room on each floor near the 01 unit.
